Student registrations and upgrades require at least one form of ID for the current year to be shown (via email to pli@ozemail.com.au or snail mail - see NetFinder documentation) for orders to be processed without delay.
Upgrade from Another FTP Client to NetFinder Notes People upgrading from another FTP client to NetFinder, MUST send some form of proof (eg "Thanks for your payment" email from Kagi, or their registration email) to pli@ozemail.com.au first as proof of purchase.
