We understand that you might need to cancel after registration through unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately because of the costs involved to us in managing conference numbers, we will withhold a $40 USD administration fee for cancellations prior to August 31, 2006. No refunds will be issued after this date. All cancellations must be in writing. Please contact the conference chair, Axel Bruns, if you wish to cancel.

Registering onsite
Kagi offers very significant advantages to us all in being able to manage payments and receipts and registrations. It also offers many different payment options. Therefore, there will be only limited direct registration services onsite if you have not paid via Kagi. We will only accept payments at the conference in Australian currency at fees that reflect the daily exchange rate. A small administrative fee will also apply. Please note too that you will not be able to gain any discount for early registration if you register on site. Since Kagi accepts many different payment options (including cheque or money order) it should be very easy to make this payment.

Having trouble? Call (510) 658-5244, Monday thru Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. (Store Code: 5WS1)
